Unfortunately, this is a known scam, likely legally fraud, and they use Apple’s name in the description to deceive users to perhaps not complain so fast.

Please report fraud to your bank or card issuer, to have them try to reverse the charge, and block the scammer for future charge attempts. The charge is not from Apple, nor does Apple receive this money. Legitimate charges from Apple use a somewhat similar but different description.

Have you perhaps been in contact with someone claiming to be representing Apple? Or have you received messages that urge you to go to a website to sign in, that looks like Apple’s site, but not exactly apple.com? Somehow, the scammers have gotten your payment method details, and some type of (forged) payment consent.
