Contacts app scrolling issue on Macbook Air after macOS Tahoe upgrade

When using the Contacts app on my Macbook Air after having upgraded to Tahoe, the list showing my Contacts allows scrolling, but when I click on a certain contact, I can not scroll down the large tile to the right to see all of the information regarding the contact, such as address, etc. I have restarted the computer, but this does not help. It seems to be stuck. Help.
