For computers, did you try both the app and the website?
We can sign in but the shows buffer and freeze up. This is through our lG television with the download apple app on the television. For some reason Apple is the only issue. Netflix, you tube tv, hbo all work fine. We even deleted the apple app and reinstalled it same issues
Yes me too - all AppleTV content doesn't work suddenly on both my iPhone, iPad and my AndroidTV AppleTV app. It's not an Apple account or network issue.
it seems Apple has some sort of problem with their CDN servers?
I'm able to login into the apps and browse shows, just actually playing anything fails. I was watching a show when the problem suddenly occurred. It was not failing to buffer - it immediately showed me an error message "Unable to play: There's a problem playing this video." The troubleshooting option does not detect a network issue and then just shows the same error.
On my iPhone I get a similar error. See screenshot.
We have exactly the same problem as apparently many others have had also.
Also having the problem of Apple TV not working - any devic -our smart TV, phone or iPad
Mine was working just fine at 400 PM PST but now at 8PM PST, I’m now getting the “Error loading” message on all devices and Roku when trying to play a show.
