How i can get a support if i need a support to fix a problem with apple support

the best way is just share the chat)). I just wanna to share with some))) i paid for subscription via app store. it was claude ai. The claude was blocked my account after 2 days of using, Appeal failed. i ask for refund - Apple told me "Not refund, final decision. i ask Apple support like "I need help to get an access to my subsrption or something". Support told - you need to contact developer. I Contacted developer - developer told me go to apple. i go to apple - apple told me go to developer. Right now i here)))). continues soon. Apple, if you need a project manager or just a manager or someone, who will build the cummunication systmer between Apple and developers form app store - feel free to contact me)).

Your problem is not with Apple Support. It is with the developer. Simply put:

  • All sales are final in the App Store.
  • Since you made the purchase thru the App Store, be sure to go into your Apple Account and cancel the subscription. You will not get a refund for that first payment, but at least you will not incur future charges.
  • If the app does not work as promised, it is always up to the develop - not Apple - to make it work. Apple cannot provide support for apps it did not develop. Only the developer can.


If it were me, after cancelling the subscription, I would open the app in the App Store and leave a review so others will know not to trust them.


On a side note: you are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user community where Apple users try to help other Apple users. This is a public forum. It is never a good idea to post your email address to a public forum. If you receive any responses from strangers, block and delete them. I've asked Apple to remove the email address from your two posts.

I did read your first post and your reply where in both you said you cannot use the subscription. Since you apparently cannot get a refund your alternative is to get the subscription working and for that you need to contact the developer.


"claude was blocked my account after 2 days of using," -- Why was it "blocked"? If you violated the developer's terms of use then it was your fault and I do not see that you have any recourse.


As for your refund, the developer cannot refund you. Apple can, but only according to their legal documents where the ones I read said they make refunds for unavailable or defective product. If you were "banned" by the claude developers then that's neither of those. Apple was right in telling you that to get access to your subscriptions then you need to contact the developer. Apple was not telling you to contact the developer about getting a refund from them, only in avoiding the refund issue altogether by getting your subscription working again.


So my understanding of it is:


-You purchased a subscription and a few days later were banned from using it. Why, you have not told us but we do not really need to know. Generally if you abuse the terms of service you are at the mercy of the terms of the contract to which you agreed when signing up.

-You wanted a refund and asked the developers who are not responsible for the financial end of things and they rightly sent you to Apple.

-You if not qualify for a refund from Apple so Apple said no. They also suggested you get the subscription working gain and for that you had to work with the developers.

-You think you are being given a runaround but in fact you are not. Each team is doing things as they should.

-Since you cannot get a refund I have been suggesting that if you can at least get the subscription working again then you won't come away from all this empty-handed. This is kind of what Apple was suggesting too. To get the subscription working again you need to work with the claude developers as they invited you to do in that message to you.

Your reason for asking for a refund is you can't use the service. You need to resolve that with the developer. Asking about a refund is somewhat moot at this point. If you can get the service working again then you don't need to ask for a refund (which you likely won't get anyway). If there's a technical problem with using the service then the developers need to resolve that, otherwise you might qualify for a refund for defective or unavailable product as in Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple On the other hand, if you were abusing the system and your account was canceled because of that, then that's another matter.


According to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/static/en-us/privacy.html , Apple uses an automated system to detect fraud. Your request may not have met the automated system’s criteria for a refund. If you feel you want to discuss a refund request with a person, try to contact an Apple representative by email —> “If you disagree with your final decision, contact dpo@apple.com “ If you do that then I would make it very clear what went on between you and the developer and the reason why you cannot use the service (unless you were abusing the service, in which case lesson learned).

Hello! Many thanks for your attencion - actually i just need mental support....i am not angry or hate - i just screaming. Developer (if you see the screenshots) - developer told me that they are not able to refund because i paid via apple. apple told me go to developer. and just...you know) so - your attencion is the best and what i need here...) Cuz i call apple support, i write apple support, i write the developer...and right know it is like...

Developer: We cannot make a refund because you pay via apple - go to apple

Thanks for you attencion - but i see that you do not read my post fully. I cannot use my subscription. i ask devolper to help me = they told me "we will not unblock your account". I ask developer for refund - developer told me "you pay via apple - we cannot process the refund". I came to apple - ask apple like "Hey, okay no refund - not a problem - shift my subscription to another account in claude, i created new one". Apple Suppor told me- we cannot. I ask apple - okay if i cannot get an access to my subscription- give me a refund. Apple Support told me - no, denied it was final decision. I ask apple support - okay - just put this money to my appstore balance - no told me apple). i just will write legal request to the regulator based on coustomer protection law. And i send a requset to PayPal support. I can't take it any more - but i am happy that here at least i have someone who leason for my screaming). i use this apple account for 3 years. This is not my first purchase. The claude account register to the same PayPal email. This paypal email used for AppStore many times. And...Actually this is my like second contact of using apple service...My first apple product was iPhone 4s)) So - i tried all possible thing and i just wanna share my story here)
