how to change the Safari menu bar color

My MacBook Air Safari menu bar background color changed from blue to black and white letters. How does this happen and how do I change it back?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.6

Kaz-k, I had checked if Dark mode was activated. It was not. However, I was able to somehow minimize the window by selecting the green button and this changed the menu bar back to the blue background with white letters. I do not have a specific solution to this issue, but it is fine now. Thanks for your comments.
