iPadOS is capitalizing the 2nd letter

When typing on forms, such as address, when you use the shift key to capitalize the first letter, and the first letter is already set by default to be in caps, then it will also capitalize the second letter in the word…example APple.

my iPad Pro 12.9, 4th generation has done this since a recent update.
