Opening PDFs in Google Chrome Tabs on iPad

Trying to open PDFs in my files that I've downloaded and have them open in a seperate tab on my chrome browser but it is just opening an entirely new browser. It wasn't doing this until this latest iOS update to my iPad. I used to be able to just go to downloaded and click on the file and it would automatically open in another tab on my browser.
