Unable to verify payment method for Apple Music subscription

Every time i go to pay for a new apple music subscription, a box saying “To continue on this device, verify at least one payment method. You can also delete any payment method that can’t be verified and add a new one.” My credit card is completely valid and entered in the system. Everything is valid and it stills shows this message up. How do i fix it?
