Try This:

Sort by Sender (for a list-view consolidation)

This method rearranges your inbox so that all messages from the same sender are listed right next to each other.

In Mail on a Mac (macOS Tahoe):

  1. Open the Mail application.
  2. Go to the View menu in the top menu bar.
  3. Choose Sort By >From (or Sender).

Your messages will now be sorted alphabetically by the sender's name or email address, effectively consolidating them in a list.

Using a Smart Mailbox

For the ultimate consolidation, you can set up a Smart Mailbox that automatically collects all messages from a specific sender, even if they aren't part of the same conversation thread:

  1. In the Mail app, go to Mailbox>New Smart Mailbox...
  2. Give your Smart Mailbox a name (e.g., "Emails from Jane").
  3. Set the criteria to: From>contains>
  4. Sender's Full Email Address
  5. Click OK.

This new mailbox in your sidebar will only show emails from that single sender, consolidating every message they've ever sent you into one dedicated place.

If you were referring to a different email service.
