How do I get that "Hey! Hey! Hey!" man choir sound effect from the Loop Browser in Logic Pro for Mac?

In a lot of rap beats, there's this kind of faint sound effect that kind of sounds like a man or a choir of men going "Hey! Hey! Hey!" or "Ey! Ey! Ey!" or something like that. I'm pretty sure I've heard it (or at least something extremely similar) in the Loop Browser in Logic Pro. But I can't figure out what it's called...

If you go into Apple Music, search for "Isaac Newton vs Bill Nye" and listen to the song by "Epic Rap Battles of History" and scrub forward to 02:30 into the song you'll clearly hear the sound effect I'm asking about.

Hello Audiobojang,

Thank you for your response. I have navigated to the ”Setting” button in the Mixer, selected ”Legacy,” then ”Logic,” and finally ”04 Drums & Percussion” and ”02 Electronic Drum Kits.” I have activated the Roland TR-808 kit from there, but when I go to the Piano Roll and click all the keys, none of them produce the ”Hey!” sound effect that I am seeking. Could you please advise me on what I may be doing incorrectly?
