touch screen very hard touch to use

MacBook Pros don't have touch screens. In fact no Macs have ever had touch screens.

If you installed a 3rd party touch screen, then contact the Manufacturer of the touch screen for help with their product.

Maybe, but then it can't be a 2014 model. The 2014 MacBook Pros did not have touch bars. Those were introduced in 2016.
