There is no new music in Apple Music

I bought an Apple One subscription. In Russia, for rubles in a legal way through Apple settings, but I don't have any new music. I have Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, iCloud+, but in Apple Music songs of 2022, in rare cases there are new ones (I was only able to find a new song Joji)

I found out on the Apple website that the Apple Music app is available in my region (Russia), so why can't I pay money to listen to new songs?
