Tahoe ios 26.0.1 adds new glitches in Logic Pro X

Just updated my computer to Tahoe 26.0.1 and now in Logic Pro X 11.2.2 (current update), I'm using flex time, it was going fine at first but now on one clip when I use flex time the clip entirely disappears like I deleted it.
