Uploaded music not appearing in Apple Music Cloud Library

We've uploaded some music from CDs to Apple Music. Apparently, it hasn't gone to the Cloud, because when i try to add song from some of the albums we uploaded to an existing playlist, I get this message:

How can I get the new uploads to my Cloud Music Library?
