Unauthorized $2000 transfer from Apple Account

2000 dollars was transferred out my account and I have disputed it so many times that I can't dispute it anymore what should I do>

the dispute keep getting denied for not responding in time! bull!

its something not right but I can't seem. to figure out how they did that
