APPLE TV / Peacock Bundle

I signed up for the APPLE TV / Peacock Bundle a few days ago. Apple TV works Fine but if I try to access Peacock for Movies etc. the Screen Indicates I MUST UPGRADE. I paid to get Peacock and now I get nothing how to fix this???
