In Tahoe, Artwork won't change in Music app using Get Info

In Tahoe 26.0.1 (new iMac), I ripped a new CD to my MP3 library using the Music app.

The wrong album artwork was automatically inserted.

I saved the correct artwork from a Wikipedia listing.

I can open the jpg image using Preview. It seems like a good public domain file.

In the Music app, I clicked Get Info, selected the wrong album artwork and deleted it.

I clicked Add Artwork, browsed to the jpg of the correct album artwork and selected it.

The correct album cover appeared in the Album Artwork window.

I clicked OK.

Nothing changed. No error or warning messages.

In Music Settings > Advanced, I unchecked "Automatically update artwork for imported songs"

No change.

I tried signing out, closing the app, open and signing back in.

Still can't change the artwork.

Any suggestions to get this working are greatly appreciated.

To Apple engineers/developers: It shouldn't be this hard.
