Hi! I purchased a movie on my iPhone in the Apple TV app, but when I open the Apple TV app on my TV, it appears in my library but only shows as being in the “Up Next” list — I can’t play it. How can I fix this issue?

What happens when you select the title to play on your TV? Do you get an error message? What does it say?
