Reinstalling Apple Card after accidental deletion

I accidentally deleted Apple Cash and Apple Card from my phone’s settings. I was able to reinstall Apple Cash, but when attempting to do that with my card, it says this card is unavailable. Can I reinstall or do I need to request a new number - or even a new card?
