Need to update Macpro Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015 to Sierra OS

What is it currently running?

A 2015 MacBook Pro can update all the way to macOS 12 Monterey but no further.

Why do you need Sierra specifically. It's an almost 10 year old operating system at this point.

Anything beyond 10.15 Catalina, cannot run 32 bit apps so as mentioned above you will need to update your apps or find replacements that are 64 bit.

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for Monterey.

Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software and split the functions of iTunes up; if you're currently on a version older than that, use Go64 as well.

For reference, a computer with a built-in screen won't be a desktop Mac Pro.
