I have an Apple Watch Series 1, the problem with it is when it’s charging it keeps flashing the apple symbol, but it doesn’t boot up at all.

If not, and the battery can not be charged anymore, your watch can not start up.
Unfortunately Apple does not provide battery service anymore for the Series 1.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues whilst charging. It is a possible that your apple watch has fully run out of battery, and it does take a while to charge up to a sufficient level again to start displaying the time, and whatnot. If it is still having this issue, take if off of charge and put it back on, and if the issue persists, I advise contacting Apple Support for further insight, and possible resolutions.
