New iOS update on watch

my watch updated to the new iOS and now I do not get any credit for standing. I have recalibrated the motion and detection, rebooted phone and watch, and still nothing. Hard to believe I get credit for walking 24 minutes and over a mile but yet I am at 0 stand hours for the day! This sucks as now I won’t be able to complete any rings! Please help

Did you already try to walk around outside for a couple of minutes without starting a workout?

This works for me within minutes to get one more hour of standing.

On your iPhone in Settings/Privacy&Security/ -> Motion & Fitness is enabled?

If the force restart did not help, unpairing and connecting it again to your iPhone without using the latest backup would be the next step. Your health data will sync back from iCloud, you will only lose the watch faces you have set up.
