How to download iTunes on MacBook 2020 for iPhone backup?
I have a MacBook 2020, Sequoia 15.6, and I am trying to download iTunes to back up my phone.

You can't download iTunes onto Sequoia. There is no version of iTunes that will work on it.
But you don't need to. Starting back with Catalina, backups and other device management tasks are performed in Finder.
