Can't add my podcast RSS

I’m unable to add my podcast RSS to Podcasts Connect. The site loops back to the sign-in page or reloads itself when I try to access "Podcasts" or click on “Contact Us.” I’ve tested in Safari, Atlas, and Chrome, cleared cookies, and confirmed two-factor authentication is active.

So I'm unable to get to this "+" icon that supposedly would add my podcast.
