How to display birthdays with first name first in Apple Calendar?

For reasons, I do not know. In Calendar people's birthday's are listed with, Last Name first, which is jarring thing to look at. How can I change this, as they get the information from Contacts...

But it is not that way on my iPhone or iPad.
