Recovering lost photos from blocked iCloud account
I lost my photos when my iCloud was blocked, and now i can’t find them in the iCloud, how can I get them back

Apple locking an account does not affect its contents, including photos when using iCloud Photos.
If you log in to https://icloud.com can you see your photos in the Photos app?
Have you unlocked your account?
Please explain exactly what happened, and someone may be able to advise.
