Outlook Mail keeps asking me to sign in

Hi team,

My issue is regarding Outlook email (blue background and white envelope in the middle) on my mac at home asking me to re-login or put in my details again through the settings app every 1-2hrs even though I've logged in successfully every time. I've already restarted my mac and the issue persists. I added my work email as an exchange email. I never had this problem before.
