Unable to add certificate with 2 QR Codes to Wallet

Having problems adding their latest (Oct 2026) Ontario COVID immunization record to Health? My certificate has more data than will fit in a single QR so there are 2 QRs. I keep getting the message 'Unable to Add Data: This data could not be added to Health.'
