Missing Purchased Books from Apple Books Library

Hello,

I recently logged into my Apple Books account on my iPad Mini 6 to review my library, and I noticed that several titles I previously purchased are no longer available in the Apple Books Store. The missing volumes are:

Could someone confirm this? None of the competitors seem to have done this, so I’d appreciate clarification on the reason and whether these titles can be restored.
