iPad Pro not charging,charging volts stay at 5,Amperage goes from 0.6, then 0.39, then 0.17, then back up and repeats. Changed out charging port, still same problem.

Your description suggests that you have attempted self-repair of your iPad. If so, any number of potential causes for failure are possible. Be aware that your iPad Pro supports USB PD (Power Delivery), this being an active charging protocol that mutually negotiates charging voltage/current parameters. The power source, load (iPad) and charging cable are all active components in the negotiation process.
If an attempted repair has been repaired by anyone other than Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP), you will have forfeited any support from Apple or its AASPs.
