My Apple Card is no longer accepted for my Apple Subscriptions

I haven't been able to use my Apple Card in my subscriptions for the last few months! It's requiring any other card on file. I have re-entered it several times, and it keeps giving an error and that I need to use another method! My balance is MORE than sufficient, the card expiry has moved out to 2030 (I figured it was due to nearly expiring previously), but it's still giving the same error!
