AirPods Pro 3 intermittent charging issue

My new AirPods Pro 3 stops charging intermittent and it seems to work only when I use my AirPods Pro 2 while charging the AirPods 3. I’ve contacted support and they seemed clueless.

For a few hours they didn’t charge then when I used my other AirPods it kicked off and started charging. Full on pods and case.

Now it’s back to not charging above 82 percent on the case. It says charging but battery doesn’t increase

I’ve tried numerous outlets, cords and I don’t have optimised charging on my new AirPods but on my old. I now proceeded to shut that off.

Usually apple tries to convince people to keep their battery between 20%-80%, I know you stated u have turned off optimised charging, but theres a chance theres another setting thats possibly stopping it from reaching a certain point or limiting the charging speed to prevent overheating. Try going through any settings you can or factory resetting the airpods by first forgetting the device in bluetooth, putting them back in the case, wait 30 seconds, then open the lid and double tap the front of the case three times until it starts flashing.

Yeah I did that this morning. When I started using my pods 2 tho, didn’t start to charge until then like at all. Initially the pods themselves showed charging but no battery change at all in percentage

So, you are sure that optimized battery charging is actually turned off? And they still will not charge fully?
