Faulty charging port 6th Gen ipad

I’ve had my charging port repaired twice and it’s going out again. Which iPads don’t have this problem?

Windows, Windows 10

iPad charging ports - be they Lightning or USB-C - are generally very robust and resilient. Failures are usually attributable to rough handling, or through use of cheap uncertified cables.

You would be well advised to use cables of Apple origin - or good quality certified cables from well known manufacturers such as Zagg, Anker or Belkin.

When connecting the cable to the iPad, take can to insert the plug gently and squarely (i.e. not at an angle) into the iPad's charging connector. When removing, pull straight out (not at an angle).
