Apple Pencil Pro - Tip/Nib alone not responding.

It been a year and half my sister who has been working with apple pencil pro for her designing. she had an issue with wear of the Tip/Nib but it was working on certain angle and suddenly it wasn't working. so i decided to change it and bought her the Tip/Nib which comes in a pack of four.

The issue here is the other function like squeeze, double tap, Bluetooth connection and charging are working but there is no sign of the Tip/Nib working even after changing to new one. Is there anything i can try to fix it.

I have tried the following steps,

1: Checked the tip

2: Restarted the iPad

3: Forget and re-paired the Apple Pencil

Is there anything else i can do to fix it.

If the inner (metal) transducer element of the Pencil tip has been damaged, you will require a new Apple Pencil. If only the plastic tip is damaged, then replacing the tip may restore normal operation. The transducer is a fragile component; if the Pencil has been dropped onto its tip, it is possible that the Pencil will now be broken. Other than the replaceable plastic tip, the Pencil has no serviceable parts.

Ensure that the user-replaceable Pencil tip is snugly screwed into position; when fitted correctly you should see a tiny gap, of about the thickness of a sheet of paper, between the tip and pencil body. If slightly loosened, or overtightened, the Pencil may not work properly, if at all.
