Apple + tv shows quality fails after latest OS update

I have the Apple TV 4K and ever since I updated to the latest OS, only apple tv shows are affected. It will sometimes not load the show, which requires a restart to somewhat fix. During the episodes, it will drop image quality or stay in a buffering state. This only affects Apple TV shows. Netflix, prime and Hulu do not experience this issue. I have done a factory reset, removed unused apps, I have the Apple TV hardwired to my internet which is fiber and it still will not stream any Apple TV shows without experiencing some issue. Any suggestions?
