Identifying malware-infected files causing pop-ups on MacBook Air
I was told to post pictures of my files to detect which is causing the malware popup screen to come up and the community can identify which ones to delete. Help!

Those are the Citrix files. Not sure if you are using that program or not, but you will need to startup in Safe Mode again and remove every Citrix file you see in the folders of the screenshot. There are 4 altogether.
If Citrix is something you use, then you need the updated version as those files were installed in 2017 and don't support the proper signature to be identified as a legitimate file.

Please restart your Mac in "Safe Mode": Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
While in that mode, drag the two files with "SyncedTool" in their names to the Trash.
Then, restart your Mac normally (not "Safe Mode") and confirm the "Malware blocked" dialog does not reappear.
Startup in Safe Mode.

Restart normally and update If that solved the problem. If not post a screenshot of what you are seeing.
