This is not Apple Support, nor are there any Apple employees participating here. Schedule time at an Apple Store, or Apple Authorized Service Provider and have them help you unlock your Mac. Bring proof of purchase and your identification with you.


If this is a used Mac purchase and the original owner set a firmware password, you will need to get that password from the original owner.
