Some M4A files in Apple Music cannot be played on iOS and macOS

I have a large private library that I uploaded to Apple Music. But after the updating iOS and macOS to the latest iterations, some of them cannot be played, Music app in both iOS and macOS claimed those files are damaged. But if I use the download button, and play the downloaded files by other apps like VLC, they played fine. The original files in my mac mini storage are fine, that Mac Mini can play those songs without issues, only those need to download from Apple Music have issues.

Any hints or suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks
