Transferring downloaded music on Apple Music app to new iPhone

I use Apple Music on my iPhone and all of its features, including iCloud Music Library, so that I can have music that is not available on streaming services on my phone. My preferred method of streaming music on the Apple Music app is that I add music to my library, then download the songs that I like so that I can listen to those songs offline. Because of this, I always dread getting a new iPhone because I have to manually re-download all of my music on the new iPhone. I'm upgrading from iPhone 14 to iPhone 17 Pro and am wondering if there is any way to transfer my downloads on the Apple Music app from my old iPhone to my new iPhone?
