iPhone 14 max pro and blue yeti

I purchased the correct adapters to connect the two devices together but my iPhone 14 max pro did not automatically see the blue yeti when connected together and for the life of me, there is nowhere to change the microphone setting on my iPhone in the camera app or iMovie app. Where can I find the setting to make th change ? Little hard to make a video with out a microphone input setting.
