Subject: Issues with It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia – Missing Episodes, Metadata Errors, and Incorrect Pricing
Hello,
I am experiencing several issues with my Apple TV/iTunes purchases for It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia:
Missing Episodes: Certain episodes (e.g., “Dee Day,” “The Gang Makes Lethal Weapon 6,” etc.) are unavailable, even though I purchased the full seasons. I understand some were withdrawn for content reasons, but I would like official confirmation that their removal is due to licensing restrictions by FX/Disney rather than an error on my account.
Incorrect Episode Order: Episodes within the series appear out of chronological sequence, alternating between early and late seasons. A force restart did not resolve the issue. It appears to be a metadata or indexing problem.
Pricing Discrepancy: The Seasons 6–10 Box Set is listed at $155, while the Seasons 1–5 and 11–14 sets are each $50. This pricing seems inconsistent with both historical season costs and comparable bundles. It may indicate a store metadata or listing error.
Could you please:
• Confirm whether the missing episodes are intentionally restricted by the distributor.
• Escalate the metadata and pricing discrepancies to the appropriate Content Operations / Metadata team for review.
• Notify me if the affected seasons are corrected or repriced.
Thank you for your assistance in reviewing and resolving these account and store inconsistencies
