Teams camera setting shows me upside down

I bought the new iPad Pro m5 and transferred all the data and setting from my iPad Pro M1. but when I now use Teams video calling I appear upside down in the call. my iPad Pro M1 did not have the issue I have the latest iPad OS installed 26.01. I contacted Apple Support and we did the basic checks but they can't help me and are not willing to address this to second- or third line support nor the management. How can this issue been solved? I am using Microsoft Teams the whole day for my work.

After a soft reset with pressing volume up and down and holding the on-of button till the Apple logo is showing up again it is working as it should be doing :-)

Given that the iPad Pro M5 has only just been released, you have encountered an unexpected bug with iPadOS 26.0.1.

While frustrating, you may need to wait for the next release of iPadOS for the problem to [hopefully] be resolved. While release of iPadOS 16.1 is anticipated, Apple have not provided a definitive release date.

In the meantime, it would be in your best interest to submit a Bug Report to Apple via its Product Feedback Portal. For iPad and iPadOS:

Feedback - iPad - Apple

When submitting a Bug Report, ensure that you include details of your iPad model and installed version of iPadOS within the body-text of your report. Don't rely upon the pick-list - as this rarely includes the current versions.

To reiterate, submitting a report is in your own best interest. Every report submitted counts; until sufficient reports have been received, Apple may not assign resources for the issue to be investigated and corrected.

Whilst you might "expect" Apple Support to escalate an issue to Apple's Engineering teams, should this happen, such escalation is an entirely separate process from your own submission of a Bug Report.

As already stated, it is in your own (and others) best interests to independently submit a Bug Report for a repeatable problem. If the next release of iPadOS does not address the identified problem, you should submit a further Bug Report.
