The most common cause of such issues with wireless mice is wireless interference. See:

It can all come down to workstation layout. At home I have zero issues where our tech workstations and devices are spread laterally and on three different planes—floor; desk; raised racks.
At the museum where I volunteer, it was bad. All the facility's wireless tech was on the volunteers' 3x5 desk. I had fits there with the same devices that were stable at home. At the museum, simply moving a wireless-enabled multi-function printer from the desk to another room stopped the disconnects 100%
So rather that jump to equipment issues, look at your work area first. Might save some money.
