Macbook Air M1 not going to sleep by closing the Lid

Recently i changed the battery on my Macbook, after the first one had randomly went from 90% to 40% Max capacity in about 3 weeks (also a bit weird). Since then it doesnt turn the display off when closing the lid, Music keeps playing, it just stays on.

Ive tried all fixes i could find online besides doing a factory reset.

Anyone have any clue whats behind this?

Ive heard about Macbooks doing all sorts of weird stuff after exchanging parts.
