No update on replacement of defective product for 13 days and the most unprofessional support
I received a defective product from Apple on 11th October Replacement was confirmed on 13th October. As of today there is no update from Apple the defective product is still with me and has not been picked up. Whenever I call support they are very unprofessional and no proper resolution is given. Do I have any other option.
