Copy Paste from MS Excel to MS powerpoint get blurred and Not HD while open on Windows

Please help me, I'm currently experiencing an issue when copying a table from Microsoft Excel into PowerPoint. When I paste the copied table into a slide as an image, the result appears blurry and not in HD. However, when I try pasting it as a Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object or as a PDF, the image looks very clear on my Mac. The problem is, my colleagues who use Windows see the image as blurry and pixelated, unlike how it appears on my Mac. What should I do to fix this?
