Successfully removed an account from the family, but still shown in the iCloud sharing so I'm unable to add a new member to the family. This account was never used, was created by mistake.
Seems that there's an incongruence between what is shown in different parts of the config.
Can you find the phone number for your region on this Apple Support page?

If you can, ask them to look into your personal settings from their side.
Has this account been created for a family member under the age of/or between 13 and 17?
In this case you can not remove the family member, the family member would have to be moved to another group:

If there are members in the Family Sharing group between 13-17* and Screen Time is enabled for their device, the family organizer must turn off Screen Time before the member can leave or be removed from the family group.
If a child in the Family Sharing group is under 13, the family organizer needs to delete the child's Apple Account and let the deletion take effect before they can remove the child from the family group. Or, the family organizer can move the child's Apple Account to another family group.

Indeed. As I’ve said, I followed the steps to delete the child account. I was notified that was deleted and is not shown anymore in the members list (first screenshot). The thing is that even that the account was removed, the “add member” icon is disabled.
The only inconsistency I’ve found is that when reviewing the sharing suscription for icloud, still shows the deleted account (second screenshot).
Tried to find a way to talk to Apple but there’s no way to contact support, just suggest articles to read. It’s unbelievable.
Solved the issue with the “ghost” account in the shared subscription, but still have disabled the “add member”.
It says that the family it’s the Organizer + 5 members as I understand, so I should have one spot free, but still not working.
