Error trying to request refund

I am trying to request refund for unintented renewal of Apple TV subscription. It kept saying there’s still no invoice so I cant request a refund when I literally have an email of the invoice already. How to fix this issue?

There can be some time between the moment of the invoice and the moment of the actual charge. Refunds can only be applied after the charge has been processed. Could that be it?
