Players could barely hear me using my Ipad’s mic

I have a problem with using the Ipad mic when playing online games. I play shooting games and comms are needed but unfortunately players could BARELY hear me. All my audios are at max, I seem to be the only one dealing with this problem because other Ipad users are using the raw mic perfectly fine. Please help me, it’s getting frustrating!!!

Ps. I have the ipad air 5

Are you using a fitted case or screen protector with your iPad? If yes, try removing them.

Some poorly designed cases and screen protectors can cover the microphone apertures, of which there are several, leading to muffled or low-audio from the internal microphones.

A potential alternative to the iPad's internal microphones is to use AirPods or other wireless (Bluetooth) headset/earpods when playing games.
