I'm dissatisfied by the operational changes to basic stock Apple apps IOS26, what are the proper processes to downgrade 9th generation IPad to 18 from IOS26?

iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS 18

There is no process to downgrade iOS version. It is not and never has been supported by Apple.
